FEES
Each of our clients require tailored packages. The Buyer Agency's services are often covered through the lower purchase prices we are be able to negotiate for our clients, which is often seen as an investment. We take no fees from agents or landlords.
Home Purchase full package
Our fee is based on a small percentage of the purchase price or a percentage of the saving between the Asking Price and the Purchase Price, whichever is greater. We work and negotiate solely on behalf of our clients to secure the best possible terms.
Home Rental
The Rental Property Search fee is a pre-agreed fixed fee and is usually equivalent to one months rent. This is dependent on the value of the property.
Private Consultation
If you are looking for advice on an existing purchase or help getting ready to buy or sell we can offer a private consultation.
We charge an hourly rate and can help with any area of property sourcing.
Negotiation only
